YUNGBLUD shares wild party video for “Cotton Candy”

“To have safe sex is to spread love and the world needs love more than ever right now.”

YUNGBLUD has shared a raunchy music video for his latest single, “Cotton Candy.”

The English rocker leans into a hedonistic lifestyle in the “Cotton Candy” music video as he struts and sings in an array of rooms loaded with lusty people. The video, directed by Tanu Muino, was filmed in the Ukraine and is an apt visual for the sultry single, which was co-written by Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter and a handful of other songwriters.

According to the singer, “Cotton Candy” is a poppy romp about sexual liberation. “Sexual interaction should not be shamed, it should be celebrated because to have safe sex is to spread love and the world needs love more than ever right now,” he said in a statement.
