The Good, the Bad & the Queen perform “The Truce of Twilight” live

    A cut from the supergroup’s sophomore album, ‘Merrie Land.’

    British supergroup The Good, the Bad & the Queen have released a vintage-inspired clip for their live performance of “The Truce of Twilight.”

    In the video, the four-piece band—which consists of Gorillaz head honcho Damon Albarn, Clash bassist Paul Simonon, Erland and the Carnival guitarist Simon Tong and drummer Tony Allen—perform the psychedelic track on a sparse soundstage. Despite the visual’s old-school aesthetics, it was actually “shot simultaneously on three iPhones,” according to the video’s YouTube description.

    “The Truce of Twilight” is taken from last November’s Merrie Land, the supergroup’s sophomore collaboration, and first album in over a decade. Watch the video for it below:
