Tame Impala debut new song, “Borderline,” on ‘SNL’

The psychedelic rockers also performed “Patience.”

Just a week after making their long-awaited comeback with new single “Patience,” Tame Impala are back with another new song, debuting “Borderline” on Saturday Night Life.

The live rendition of the song features heavily processed vocals from frontman Kevin Parker, who’s backed by groovy keyboards, light percussion and guitar chords. “Will I be known and loved? Is there one that I trust? Starting to sober up / Has it been long enough?” he sings.

The Aussie psychedelic rockers also performed a shorter version of “Patience” on the program. Both tracks are set to appear on the band’s upcoming fourth studio album, which is expected to arrive later this summer. Watch their SNL performances below.
