Slash confirms new album, ‘Living the Dream’

This marks his fourth collaboration with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.

Four years after his last album, Slash has announced that he’s back with a new LP, Living the Dream. And like his previous three records, he’s roped in Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators to fill in the gaps.

“I feel we have hit a great, creative stride which I definitely think shows on this next record,” Slash said in an interview.

The group have previously collaborated on three albums, including Slash (2010), Apocalyptic Love (2012) and World on Fire (2014).

“I’m excited about the new stuff we put together for this next record; it’s got some cool songs and it’s got a great live feel,” the “Sweet Child O’ Mine” guitarist said previously.

And speaking of live, lead singer Kennedy is currently touring his solo album Year of the Tiger, while Slash is on a reunion tour with Guns N’ Roses. However, the pair will hit pause to squeeze in a tour that coincides with the release of their upcoming album.
