Filthy Friends release “November Man”

Their new album, ‘Emerald Valley,’ is out in May.

Filthy Friends, a rock supergroup led by REM’s Peter Buck and Sleater-Kinney’s Corin Tucker, have released a screeching new single, “November Man.”

“Long skinny tie / And hair of gold,” Tucker sings on the fuzzy opening. “You made the deal / Our future sold.” No prizes for guessing who she’s singing about.

The track is taken from Filthy Friends’ sophomore album, Emerald Valley, which also features the single “Last Chance County.” It drops May 3 on Kill Rock Stars.
