Yuna recruits Tyler, the Creator for “Castaway” video

The ‘Rouge’ opener gets a moody visual.

Yuna has released a moody video for “Castaway,” the song from her album Rouge that features Tyler, the Creator.

Directed by Yuna’s partner Adam Sinclair, the clip finds both the Malaysian R&B star and the Odd Future icon gingerly exploring a quaint house. Abandoned outfits are strewn about the musty home, a weird phenomenon that is explained by the end of the clip.

“I think about what we had / I guess I always known I’ve never had the chance / You were never gonna give me a fair shot, yeah / Leave it all in the past / No use tryna dig up all the good times, too bad / You got way too much confidence,” Yuna croons.

“Castaway” is the opening track of Yuna’s album Rouge, which she released earlier this year. The video follows previous visuals for “Pink Youth” featuring Little Simz, “Blank Marquee” featuring G-Eazy and “Forevermore.” Other guests on Rouge include Miyavi, KYLE, Masego and Jay Park.
