Watch Snoh Aalegra charm NPR at her ‘Tiny Desk’

A five-song set, dominated by cuts off ‘–Ugh, Those Feels Again.’

Snoh Aalegra is the latest artist to play NPR’s Tiny Desk.

The Iranian-Swedish musician took advantage of her impressive backing band—which included honey-voiced backing singers and a small string section—to showcase her latest album, 2019’s –Ugh, Those Feels Again. Except for “Fool For You,” which was taken from her 2017 release, Feels, all the songs in her set were cuts from her latest record.

Aalegra’s set is the latest breathtaking R&B performance in the NPR Music offices, following outings by Baby Rose and SiR. Other artists who’ve recently played Tiny Desks include Jimmy Eat World and The Comet is Coming.
