The Weeknd has dropped a music video for “Too Late,” marking the latest visual from After Hours.
The clip picks up where the gory visual for “In Your Eyes” left off—namely, the R&B singer’s decapitation—and centers on two women who encounter his disembodied head, instantly becoming enamored with it and taking it as inspiration for a disturbing sexual fantasy.
This comes a week after the new remix of “In Your Eyes,” starring smooth jazz king Kenny G—with whom The Weeknd had previously performed live at the TIME100 television special. He also released “Over Now” with Calvin Harris and “Smile,” a collaboration with the late Juice WRLD.
The Weeknd has dropped a slew of videos to flesh out the bleak, yet thrilling universe of After Hours. These include clips for “Snowchild,” “Until I Bleed Out,” “Blinding Lights,” “Heartless” and the After Hours short film. He also released a deluxe edition of the album, and further expanded the record with three bonus tracks.
