Snoh Aalegra drops visual for new song, “Lost You”

The second single from ‘Temporary Highs in the Violet Skies.’

Snoh Aalegra has dropped a music video for “Lost You,” her latest single from her upcoming album Temporary Highs in the Violet Skies.

On the moody track, Swedish singer explores her insecurities and uncertainties in a complicated relationship. “Although I’ve lost you / I’ll always want you / ’Cause you take me high / See, I’ll always want you / But I know I’ve lost you,” she passionately croons over lush synths and smooth bass grooves.

In the visual, directed by IPW, Aalegra performs “Lost You” in a rotating montage of aesthetically pleasing shots.

“Lost You” follows “Dying 4 Your Love,” the first single off Temporary Highs in the Violet Skies. The upcoming album, out July 9, follows 2019’s -Ugh Those Feels Again, which included cuts such as “Situationship” and “Find Someone Like You.” Aalegra also collaborated with dvsn for “Between Us,” and performed a set for NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series last year.
