Listen to Kelly Rowland’s groovy new single “Hitman”

The track will feature on NFL’s ‘Songs of the Season.’

Kelly Rowland’s latest track, “Hitman,” is out today.

The artist announced the track yesterday on social media, along with a short teaser of the melody.

“It’s like, let me hit my hitman, need it one time / When I get him on the line say, ‘Beat it up’ / He come to murder / He come to serve up,” sings Rowland on the chorus. The tune is set to appear on NFL’s Songs of the Season, a compilation of hit songs played as part of game broadcasts.

Earlier this year, Rowland released “Crazy,” a cut from her as-yet-untitled new album. On the side, the R&B singer also played an ’80s pop star in the Hulu original film Bad Hair, to which she also contributed the track “I Get it.”
