Jazmine Sullivan returns with “Pick Up Your Feelings”

Another taste of a new EP coming in December.

Jazmine Sullivan is back with “Pick Up Your Feelings,” following the release of her single “Lost One” in August.

The two songs are variations on a theme of failed relationships. But while Sullivan pines after an ex-partner in “Lost One,” in “Pick Up Your Feelings” she’s ready to make a clean break. “Boy please, I don’t need ya / Memories, all that shit, you can keep it / Don’t forget to come and pick up your feelings / Don’t leave no pieces,” she sings on the chorus.

Both tracks are set to appear on an as-yet-untitled project set to drop next month, which will serve as a follow-up to 2015’s Reality Show.
