Gallant shows support to BTS, covers “Singularity”

Hear the R&B singer flex his Korean.

Grammy-nominated R&B crooner Gallant is no stranger to the hallyu scene. Last year, the self-proclaimed K-pop junkie made waves in the Korean R&B scene thanks to his collaborations with K-singers Eric Nam, Tablo of Epik High and soul pop vocalist Lee Hi.

And it looks like his passion for K music hasn’t faltered since. The singer-songwriter recently uploaded a video on Twitter of him covering a part of BTS’ V’s latest solo effort, “Singularity.” The clip’s a short one—15 seconds to be exact—but fans of BTS have swarmed the video and flooded it with support and praises for his impressive Korean. The video has already garnered over 52,000 retweets.

It must be a nice surprise for V, as he’s confessed to be a huge fan of Gallant himself. So, we’re glad to see the feeling is mutual.
