Canadian R&B duo Dvsn—comprising Daniel Daley and Nineteen85—have returned with two brand-new songs, “Miss Me?” and “In Between.”

“Miss Me?” is a melancholic banger that layers Daley’s smooth vocals over trap beats and lush melodies. “If you miss me / Like I be missing you / Soon as I get you out my system, girl, I relapse / Sweating in the cold, I can’t relax,” he sings.

On the other hand, “In Between” weaves mellow guitar riffs with retro ’80s-inspired synths to create a gorgeous, stripped-down track. “‘In Between’ speaks for the grey area between two people who still haven’t figured out the best ways to communicate their feelings,” the duo explained in a press statement. “Sometimes we need to remove all the barriers, even the ones we may have never noticed.”

The OVO Sound signees have been teasing new material since April, where they shared an Instagram post with the caption “new music” after their debut showcase at Coachella. “Miss Me?” and “In Between” are set to appear on their as-yet-untitled third album, which follows 2017’s Morning After. No release date has been announced yet.
