Bryson Tiller takes the “Blame” on new single

His first solo release of the year.

Bryson Tiller has returned with a brand-new single, “Blame.”

On the smooth R&B track, the Trapsoul singer contemplates a failing relationship, his lush vocals floating over mellow synths and a straightforward beat. “Can’t keep explainin’ myself, feels like I’m drainin’ myself / I guess there’s no one to blame but myself / Got a big Henny cup, I’ll drink it with help,” he croons.

“Blame” is Tiller’s first solo offering of 2019, and was released exclusively on his website. It’s his newest music since his feature on Ryan Trey’s “Nowhere to Run,” which dropped in March. Last December, the singer revealed that his highly anticipated third album, Serenity, would be delayed. No release date has been confirmed yet, and it is unclear whether “Blame” will be included on the upcoming record.
