Asiahn shares new five-song EP, ‘The Interlude’

With features from Grandmaster Vic and Jordan Hawkins.

Asiahn has returned with a new five-track EP The Interlude.

On her first project since her 2019 full-length Love Train 2, the South Carolina-raised singer offers more than the love songs she’s become known for.

“It’s important that as an artist I not only sing about love,” Asiahn said in a statement about the project. “There’s more to life than just being in a relationship and falling in and out of love with others; we also have to fall in love with ourselves and discover what we like and don’t like, explore our sexuality, get drunk and have fun! We have to live!”

The Interlude includes Asiahn’s 2020 single “Gucci Frames” featuring Grandmaster Vic, as well as “Get Away.” The EP also includes a new guest appearance from Jordan Hawkins on the lusty “Messed Up.”
