Ann Marie chills with her girlfriends in new video for “Throw it Back”

The first visual from her newly released 'Pretty Psycho' project.

R&B up-and-comer Ann Marie has shared a visual for “Throw it Back,” a cut from her fifth mixtape, Pretty Psycho.

The track adds a contemporary spin to an early-2000s R&B sound, with Marie’s silky vocals floating over a sultry beat and mellow synths. “Talking shit over the phone / Boy, you better watch your tone / All we do is fight, it’s getting old / But when you’re mad, it kinda turn me on,” she sings.

“Throw it Back” also arrived with a video directed by Damien Sandoval. In the clip, Marie and her girlfriends hang around Miami, cruising highways on bikes and hitting the club for a wild night out.

“Throw it Back” is taken from Pretty Psycho, Marie’s debut offering on Interscope Records. The 11-track project, which dropped last week, features collabs with the likes of Jeremih, Calboy and Q Money.
