WJSN Chocome debut with throwback video for “Hmph!”

It dropped alongside a cover of Baby VOX’s “Ya Ya Ya.”

WJSN have debuted their first sub-unit, Chocome, with a retro video for “Hmph!.”

Chocome features four of the group’s 13 members: Soobin, Luda, Yeoreum and Dayoung. The wacky ’70s-inspired clip captures the quartet performing the disco pop track on elaborate, colorful set pieces.

“Hmph, hmph, I’m so upset / Hmph, hmph, but you’re my only one / Hmph, hmph, I’m still upset / Hmph, hmph, come back to me,” they sing on the addictive chorus.

“Hmph!” dropped alongside a cover of Baby VOX’s 1998 bubblegum pop hit “Ya Ya Ya.” WJSN Chocome transform it into a dancefloor-ready track, incorporating tropical house and moombahton influences.
