Steve Aoki, BTS join forces again on “Waste it on Me”

This is their third collaboration together.

Korean megastars BTS have just dropped their first song sung entirely in English, “Waste it on Me,” with Steve Aoki.

This is the third time both acts are working together, following “MIC Drop (remix)” and “The Truth Untold,” both of which appears on the boyband’s latest compilation album, Love Yourself: Answer. Sonically, “Waste it on Me” falls right in-between those previous collabs: It begins a ballad before the melody gradually builds up to an infectious drop. The song doesn’t feature all seven members, though—only RM, Jungkook and Jimin are credited on vocals—but it’s still bound to be a hit among Armys.

“We’re happy for this meaningful and heartfelt collaboration,” BTS said in a statement. “The song is just so amazing, we really enjoyed working on it. It was refreshing and fun to record the song. We hope this would be a good present for our fans.”
