Monsta X member IM has made his solo debut with the EP Duality
The South Korean idol was heavily involved in the project’s creation, contributing to the composition and arrangement of the songs on Duality, while writing all of the lyrics. The EP follows a number of mixtapes in years prior, including 2016’s Who Am I? and 2019’s Horizon.
Duality dropped alongside a trippy video for lead single “God Damn,” which captures IM as he faces his vices and inner demons at a wild house party. “Kiss me down ’till I’m naked, yeah / I just need you, need you, need you, needin’ you / Gimme a shot to get over everything / God damn it, I like it,” he sings.
