Madonna has released the fourth Madame X single, “Future.” It features Quavo of Migos and reggae-inflected production by Diplo.

“Not everyone can come into the future / Not everyone that’s here is going to last,” Madonna ominously observes on her verses. And by aligning herself with two contemporary hitmakers on the forward-looking track, the pop veteran implicitly stakes her claim to a place in that musical future she sings of.

This is the second hip hop collab from Madame X out so far, following “Crave” with Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd. The album arrives on June 14.
