Loona break the mold with new video for “So What”

Their sophomore EP, ‘[#]’, has arrived.

K-pop girl group Loona have returned with a high-energy video for their new single, “So What.”

The clip opens with an ominous voiceover: “Do not accept the fate of the moon. Get off the track. Reveal to the world the hidden side. Burn yourself.” It cuts to the group showcasing their sleek dance moves in vibrant locations around Bangkok, Thailand while urging listeners to embrace their individuality.

“[We] want people to break out of the box, boundaries and prejudices, showing them to not to be afraid to challenge yourself,” the group said in a press statement. “It is possible to make different waves more than you can imagine if you challenge yourself with your passion, and go forward.”

“So What” appears on Loona’s recently released sophomore EP, [#]. The six-track project is the group’s follow-up to last year’s [X X], a repackaged version of their debut EP [+ +], which featured the songs “Butterfly” and “Favorite.”
