Lana Del Rey drops video for new ‘Norman Fucking Rockwell’ songs

“Fuck it I Love You” and “The Greatest” are out now.

Lana Del Rey has dropped a whopping nine-minute video for her two newest singles, “Fuck it I Love You” and “The Greatest.”

The Rich Lee-directed visual follows Del Rey as she listlessly sings in old bars, skates through alleys and paints in a mini-yacht. “I like to light up the stage with a song / Do shit to keep me turned on / But  one day I woke up like / Maybe  I’ll do it differently,” she croons.

We see a more subdued side to Del Rey in the video’s second half for “The Greatest.” She wanders through ports and piers, reminiscing about a past romance. Over a shimmering chord progression on the chorus, she belts: “Don’t leave, I just need a wake-up call / I’m facing the greatest / The greatest loss of them all.”

Del Rey recently covered Donovan’s “Season of the Witch” for the film Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, as well as Sublime’s “Doin Time” for a documentary about the band earlier this year. Her highly anticipated new album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, will be released August 30 via Polydor/Interscope Records.
