Kesha fights herself in video for Sam Feldt collab “Stronger”

Progressing from medieval weapons to firearms.

Sam Feldt and Kesha have shared an action-packed video for their collaboration “Stronger.”

In the Andrew Donoho-directed visual, Kesha takes on another version of herself as a sharply-dressed Feldt offers commentary. The bouts increase in intensity during the latter rounds, with both sides making use of medieval weapons—and eventually firearms—as they fight to the death.

As the title suggests, “Stronger” is an empowering anthem that delivers a message of solidarity during tough times. “Back in the days I listened to all Kesha’s track [sic], so when she approached me with the idea for the track ‘Stronger’ I was very excited,” Feldt said in a press statement.

He added that: “The message Kesha sends with the track is really inspiring and super relevant in these turbulent times. That’s why I knew I had to be part of this message. I started on the production right away and tried to create the right balance between the emotional but so inspiring message and the uplifting and hopeful beat.”

“Stronger” follows the release of Feldt’s Home Sweet Home EP late last year. He previously teamed up with German duo VIZE and singer Leony on “Far Away From Home.”

Kesha, on the other hand, released her fourth studio album High Road in January 2020. The 16-track LP featured songs like “Little Bit of Love,” “My Own Dance,” “Raising Hell” and its title track. She also linked up with close friend Wrabel for the song “Since I Was Young” in July.
