Doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, young or old, Hyomin’s “Allure” is irresistible.
The playful, upbeat pop track incorporates a funky bassline, handclaps and a catchy whistle refrain. In the accompanying video, the K-pop singer puts on a bright red lipstick that catches the attention of restaurant-goers, who start to follow her every move. She can also be seen wearing a cheeky “queen” hair clip in several shots.
“Allure” is the title track of Hyomin’s brand-new EP. The eight-track release also includes previous singles “U Um U Um” and “Mango,” as well as a jazzy rendition of “Allure” that features re-recorded vocals and groovy piano chords. Allure is Hyomin’s first EP in almost three years, with her last release being 2016’s Sketch.
