Foster the People perform “Sit Next to Me” on ‘The Tonight Show’

The Californian indie pop band show off their effortless and cool style.

It’s been some time since Foster the People’s latest record, Sacred Hearts Club, was released. But it looks like listeners aren’t tired of it yet, as their songs are still climbing the charts. The third single off the album, “Sit Next to Me,” recently peaked at number five on Billboard’s ‘Hot Rock Songs’ and the band made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to jam to the mellow tune.

Looking way too cool for school, frontman Mark Foster sported slicked-back hair and a printed shirt as he captivated the audience with his falsetto and soulful pipes. The vocalist even showed off some fancy footwork, too.

Foster the People kick off their US summer tour alongside Paramore this June, which includes stops in Brooklyn, Kansas City, and Las Vegas.
