Dua Lipa enlists DaBaby for new “Levitating” remix

It’s the second rework of the ‘Future Nostalgia’ cut.

Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” has received yet another remix—this time featuring none other than DaBaby.

DaBaby’s version is the latest rendition of the Future Nostalgia track, which previously got a clubby makeover courtesy of The Blessed Madonna, Madonna and Missy Elliott. On the newest rework, the Charlotte rapper injects new heat into the dance pop hit with a braggadocious verse.

“I’m one of the greatest, ain’t no debatin’ on it / I’m still levitating, I’m heavily medicated / Ironic I gave ’em love, and they end up hatin’ on me / She told me love me, and she been waitin’,” he spits over the KOZ- and Stuart Price-produced beat.

The new “Levitating” remix also dropped alongside a video that features Lipa and DaBaby partying it up in a futuristic mobile club. They eventually arrive at a floating dancefloor somewhere in the Milky Way and party the rest of the night away.

In August, Lipa dropped Club Future Nostalgia, a remix compilation which included various reworks of Future Nostalgia cuts from Mark Ronson, Jayda G, Yaeji and others. Last month, she enlisted producer Kaytranada to put a new spin on her hit song, “Don’t Start Now.”
