Cheryl performs “Love Made Me Do it” on ‘The X Factor UK’

Previously a judge on the show, the Brit pop star returned as a guest performer.

British pop star Cheryl recently returned to The X Factor UK—this time not to scrutinize contestants, but to perform her latest single, “Love Made Me Do it.”

The former Girls Aloud member took to the stage with glowing confidence as she put on a sultry performance, with some serious, sleek choreography. Dressed in a stylish black fringed bodysuit, she danced in sync next to her troupe of male dancers, delivering steady vocals without running out of breath. “Breaking all my rules / But love made me do it / Shoulda used my head/ ’Cause my heart really blew it / Love made me do it,” she sang on the infectious chorus.

Cheryl sat alongside Simon Cowell and co on the judging panel for five of the show’s 15 seasons—including season seven, when a then-unknown boyband called One Direction made it to the finals—so we’re glad to see her back on the show.
