BTS’ V releases sexy new solo track, “Singularity”

The achingly beautiful R&B ballad will have fans fanning themselves.

As the K-pop group preps their forthcoming album Love Yourself: Tear, the South Korean boyband have surprised fans by teasing them with a soulful R&B melodrama, “Singularity,” which sees member V lending his soothing vocals.

Written by fellow bandmate Kim Namjoon (aka RM), the song puts V on the receiving end of a pained relationship with a significant other. “A crack again on this frozen lake / I dumped myself into the lake / I buried my voice for you,” he laments over smooth, slow-burning beats.

The accompanying hypnotizing music video, which features the K-pop star taking center-stage as he shows off his sleek dance moves, already has more than 14 million views since its release.
