Beyoncé mesmerizes in “Already” video with Shatta Wale

As part of her new visual album, ‘Black is King.’

Beyoncé has released an eye-popping video for “Already,” her song with Shatta Wale and Major Lazer which featured in her new visual album, Black is King.

The hour-long musical film featured tracks from The Lion King: The Gift, an album Bey curated and executive-produced for Disney’s 2019 remake of The Lion King, which she also starred in. Premiered exclusively on Disney+ on July 31, Black is King also included the cuts “Mood 4 Eva,” “Brown Skin Girl” and “Nile.”

The video for “Already” features Bey and Shatta Wale flexing an array of grand outfits on mesmerizing sets and gorgeous landscapes. Elsewhere in the clip, the pop star shows off her dancing chops while the Ghanaian rapper rides a majestic horse. “Long live the king, you a king, you know it / King already, already, you know it / Top everything, everything, you know it,” they chant on the chorus.

The music video dropped alongside a deluxe edition of The Lion King: The Gift, which includes a Melo-X remix of “Find Your Way Back” and an extended edition of Bey’s Juneteenth song, “Black Parade.”
