Backstreet Boys continue to tease their upcoming tenth album, DNA, with a brand-new single, “No Place.”
Unlike its predecessors “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” and “Chances,” “No Place” finds the boys (err, men?) stripping things back a li’l. On it, BSB croon about finding a love that’s constant and true over an acoustic guitar melody, driven by hand claps.
“I’ve been all around the world, done all there is to do / But you’ll always be the home I wanna come home to / You’re a wild night with a hell of a view / There ain’t no place, ain’t no place like you,” the boyband sing on the chorus, their vocal harmonies still on point after all these years.
In a press statement, Kevin Richardson said that the new album will feature the group’s diverse “influences and styles [in] one coherent piece of work.” “These songs are a great representation of who we are as individuals and who we are as a group. It’s our DNA. We’re really proud of that,” he said.
