Wristmeetrazor drop collab with Knocked Loose’s Isaac Hale

“Last Tango in Paris” is from the metalcore outfit’s new album ‘Replica of a Strange Love.’

Metalcore outfit Wristmeetrazor have shared new single “Last Tango in Paris” featuring guest vocals from Knocked Loose’s Isaac Hale.

“Last Tango in Paris” is the first single from Wristmeetrazor’s forthcoming sophomore album Replica of a Strange Love. Produced by Hale—who marks his first time as producer—it serves as the follow-up to the Virginia group’s 2019 debut Misery Never Forgets.

“When writing for the record, it felt important to have a track that emphasizes the futility of complacency,” Wristmeetrazor vocalist Justin Fornof said of “Last Tango” in a statement. “We’ve been excited about this one from the first day we began writing in pre-production and Isaac’s vocals added a lot to the finished product.”

The collab dropped with a music video directed by Cameron Nunez that combines gothic imagery with a recording of Wristmeetrazor performing their single. Nunez’s clip pairs perfectly with the band’s blend of metalcore, gothic metal and screamo.

Replica of a Strange Love will be released on June 11 via Prosthetic Records. Watch the video for “Last Tango in Paris” below:
