Watch Witherfall’s chilling video for “…And They All Blew Away”

Not for the faint-hearted.

Following the release of Curse of Autumn earlier this month, Californian metal band Witherfall have returned with an unnerving music video for their latest single “…And They All Blew Away.”

Witherfall’s dramatic 15-minute romp has been trimmed down to a four-minute banger to accompany a creepy music video helmed by UnholyRoman director Brendan McGowan. In the clip, a woman explores an abandoned house that is haunted by an eerie ghost. Fair warning, the video is not for the faint of heart.

“So, this is a total edit of this song,” Witherfall said in a statement. “For those who dare, there is a 15+ minute version on the record that is by far the most progressive thing Witherfall has ever written and features an incredible drum performance by the legendary Marco Minnemann as well as an amazing display of eclectic bass techniques by Anthony Crawford.”

Curse of Autumn is a follow-up to Witherfall’s 2018 LP, A Prelude of Sorrow. It included the songs “The Last Scar,” “Another Face” and “The Other Side of Fear.”

To celebrate their latest release, the band will embark on a tour across Europe, supporting Evergrey in October and November. Watch their video for “…And They All Blew Away” below:
