Watch Baroness’ shadowy video for “Tourniquet”

A cut off their new album, ‘Gold & Grey.’

Baroness have marked the release of their latest album, Gold & Grey, with a brand-new video for “Tourniquet.”

In the clip, directed by Pamela Strohm, the band perform the track while beautifully backlit by red and gold light. John Dyer Baizley and Gina Gleason stand back to back, their profiles to the camera, singing as smoke swirls around them. The “artificial heart” they sing of ultimately splashes into a beaker of liquid, making for a compelling end to the video.
