Sleep announce career-spanning vinyl release on Third Man Records

A live album of stoner metal goodness.

Last year, Sleep made their grand return with The Sciences. Now the stoner metal group will celebrate their decades-long career with a quadruple-record release on Third Man Records.

The 39th entry of the label’s quarterly vault subscription series, Sleep Live at Third Man Records will feature ten songs over seven sides of four records (in fetching colored vinyl). The tracklist—which includes the behemoth cut “Dopesmoker” split into two parts—was culled from across their discography.

Sleep performed the cuts to a live audience at Third Man Records’ Nashville headquarters last December, and were recorded using the label’s “direct-to-acetate / audio mixed and mastered in real-time system,” Third Man notes.

Sign up for the subscription series before the end of the month to get your hands on Sleep Live at Third Man Records. The label estimates packages, which include a reproduction poster from the show and a mystery patch, will ship in March.
