Judas Priest kicked off their European tour in Paris on Sunday, and treated the audience to a deep cut: “Killing Machine,” which they haven’t played live in more than 40 years.
According to Rolling Stone, the last time Priest performed the hitman’s confessional was November 1978, a month after they released their album of the same title. Clad in studded black leather, frontman Rob Halford paced back and forth on stage, focusing on delivering the lyrics while Richie Faulkner shredded on his flying V.
Priest will wrap up their Europe jaunt in early March, then head down under and tour North America in the summer. More information here.
