Daughters drop breathtaking video for “Less Sex”

From the band’s comeback record, ‘You Won't Get What You Want.’

Noise rock group Daughters have released a gorgeous, black-and-white video for “Less Sex,” from 2018’s You Won’t Get What You Want, their first album in eight years.

Directed by Los Angeles-based director Jeremy W, the video is “a visual meditation on restraint and aggression,” its accompanying description reads, that aims to juxtapose “human beauty and ugliness.” That explains the imagery in the clip, from Daughters frontman Alexis Marshall caressing a microphone, to model Christine Adams striking numerous poses in the nude, to howling wolves and sinuous snakes.
