Bring Me the Horizon recruit Cradle of Filth’s frontman on new single

The band also share ‘Amo’ tracklist.

Bring Me the Horizon have just dropped a blistering new song “Wonderful Life,” featuring Cradle of Filth’s lead vocalist Dani Filth.

BMTH frontman Oli Sykes explained to Blabbermouth that the song, which is about “loving the mundane things in life,” was entirely freestyled. “It’s a stream of consciousness-type stuff about getting old and out of touch […] Things like weekly shops and mowing your own lawn are quite nice. People who spend most of their lives away from home can surely relate,” he said. “It’s mostly word vomit… but also some of my favorite lyrics.”

The drop is accompanied by a humorous lyric video that finds Filth carrying out everyday tasks such as grocery shopping and having breakfast, while decked out in his signature gothic look.

“Wonderful Life,” alongside the previously released single “Mantra,” will appear on the band’s upcoming sixth full-length, Amo. The record will arrive January 25 via Columbia Records and will feature 13 songs with guest spots from Grimes and Rahzel.
