Rap-metal supergroup Body Count have returned with their seventh studio album, Carnivore.

For their new record, the Ice-T-fronted band enlisted Amy Lee of Evanescence and Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta for the tracks “When I’m Gone” and “Another Level,” respectively. Riley Gale of thrash metal band Power Trip also appears on “Point the Finger.”

The LP also features reworks of tracks from Ice-T’s solo rap career, namely his 1988 hit “Colors” and 1986’s “6 in tha Morning.” A cover of Motörhead’s 1980 classic, “Ace of Spades,” is also included on the record.

Carnivore is Body Count’s first full-length since 2017’s Bloodlust. Ice-T’s last solo album, Gangsta Rap, arrived in 2016.
