    Needless to say, it’s NSFW.

Behemoth have sprung a surprise on fans with the announcement of a new album, I Loved You at Your Darkest, their first LP in four years. To accompany the news, the Polish metal outfit have shared a single, “God = Dog,” and its gory, sacrilegious video.

Twisted Renaissance imagery, impious versions of the Crucifixion, and gallons of blood fill the clip with the requisite shock schtick. And the song itself, drawing from blackened death metal, bellows furiously with searing riffs, blast beats and frontman Nergal’s gore vocals.

There’s even a hellish choir of children towards the end of the track, chanting “Jesus Christ / I forgive thee not.” In other words: It’s vintage Behemoth.

I Loved You at Your Darkest drops on October 5.
