After the Burial’s “Exit, Exist” takes no prisoners

A brand-new ripper from the progressive metalcore outfit.

After the Burial’s new album, Evergreen, is due out in just over two weeks’ time. And the progressive metalcore outfit have dropped “Exit, Exist,” another barnstorming new song to whet fans’ appetites.

The song was fashioned around the concept of “a soul-searching human… that questions life, its own morals, meaning and existence,” vocalist Anthony Notarmaso told Revolver Magazine. “A person that wants to learn and be the best version of itself, but also a person that is flawed and vulnerable to becoming unfulfilled and lost in existence.”

Evergreen drops April 19 on the band’s longtime label, Sumerian Records. Stream “Exit, Exist” here:
