Abbath have released “Outstrider,” the title track of their forthcoming sophomore album.

After a melodic guitar introduction, the song takes off into anthemic territory, its soaring trajectory assisted by frontman Abbath’s throaty, abraded vocals. “Outstrider,” and the eight other tracks on the album, was recorded in Dub Studios in Kristiansand, Norway with producer Endre Kirkesola.

The release of Outstrider was announced in April with the release of “Harvest Pyre.” The album is out July 5 on Season of Mist.
