Watch The Rose’s free-spirited “Red” music video

The band’s first release of the year.

South Korean indie pop quartet The Rose have returned with a brand-new project, Red, along with a music video for its title track.

The outfitconsisting of Woosung, Jaehyung, Dojoon and Hajoonlet loose on the feel-good number as they raise their glasses to freedom and youth. In a recent interview with Arirang’s After School Club, Doojoon explained that the song illustrates the “passion and feelings you have towards something or somebody.”

In the accompanying Stone-directed visual, the band find themselves performing in different landscapes, from an abandoned building to a rooftop to the beach. At one point, the group discover an empty parking lot, set off fireworks and jam out to their song.
