Improv London quartet Ill Considered have released yet another live album, the straightforwardly titled Ill Considered 8.
Full of heavy grooves, skronking sax and off-kilter percussion, the seven-track release was recorded live during the group’s tour last fall. It’s their first release of 2019, and comes eight months after their holiday album, An Ill Considered Christmas.
Ill Considered previously released live albums recorded in Nantes, France and various London venues: Total Refreshment Centre, The Crypt and an unspecified spot in Camden Town. How does the new one stack up to the older recordings? Stream it below and decide:
