Kamaal Williams releases ‘Live at Dekmantel Festival’ album

Plus a music video for “3 Yourself.”

Kamaal Williams has released Live at Dekmantel Festival, an album that captures his performance at the Amsterdam fest last summer.

The London keyboardist’s hourlong afternoon set at Dekmantel was largely improvised. Williams was joined by tenor saxophonist Marquinn Mason, drummer Gregory Webster Jr and bassist Rick Leon James for the performance, which included a lively rendition of “Snitches Brew.”

Williams also released the album alongside a visual for “3 Yourself,” which is on the LP. The video was shot during protests in Hong Kong last year.

The release of Live at Dekmantel Festival comes a few months after the release of Williams’ DJ-Kicks mix late last year. Stream his new live album below:
