Hear Irreversible Entanglements’ new song, “Bread Out of Stone”

It closes their forthcoming album, ‘Who Sent You?’

Free jazz collective Irreversible Entanglements are back with a new song, “Bread Out of Stone.”

The track, which closes their forthcoming album Who Sent You?, features a chilling spoken word performance from band member and poet Camae Ayewa (aka Moor Mother). According to a press release, her verse is a “recipe for how they’ve been able to use their instruments and implements to ‘make bread from stone.’”

“Bread Out of Stone” is the second preview of Who Sent You?, following “No Más,” which arrived earlier this month. The record is due out March 20 via International Anthem/Don Giovanni.
