Young Dolph, Snoop Dogg team up for glitzy “I Think I Can Fly” MV

Remember ‘Harlem Nights’?

Young Dolph has dropped an outstanding visual for “I Think I Can Fly,” a cut off his 2018 album Role Model featuring Snoop Dogg.

Directed by Gabriel Hart, the stunning visual channels the flair of the 1989 gangster flick Harlem Nights, which starred Eddie Murphy (one of Dolph’s favorite actors) and Richard Pryor. The two rappers party it up in a glitzy establishment in the old-school clip, enjoying entertainment by fire breathers and aerial dancers when they’re not gambling in a back room.

The extravagant costumes of that era were a particularly big draw of the video treatment for Dolph. “I wanted to do something epic and have fun with it but I also love anything that has to do with wardrobes, so getting everyone dressed up in Harlem Nights-era costumes was big to me,” he said in a press release.
