Young Dolph, Key Glock return with ‘Dum and Dummer 2’

The cousins join forces once again for the sequel to 2019’s ‘Dum and Dummer.’

Young Dolph and Key Glock are back with Dum and Dummer 2, the sequel to their 2019 record Dum and Dummer.

The cousins’ new project includes 20 songs and references Beavis & Butthead in its album art. Speaking to Billboard, Dolph explained that Dum and Dummer 2 is the latest step in his plans to build his label Paper Route Empire.

“This has always been my plan and my vision; to build a strong team and build artists like [Key] Glock,” Dolph said. “I always knew I could do it with artists, because I saw what I did for myself as an artist. I got the green light, and it’s the beginning of what we are doing. Everyone is going to see this journey we’re going on.”

“It was a strategic plan, because prior to us doing Dum and Dummer, me and Glock never had music together,” he added. “So, I planned it that way, because I always wanted Glock to take off and go big on his own, without a Dolph co-sign or Dolph feature.”

This is Dolph’s latest release since his 2020 album Rich Slave, which he expanded with a deluxe edition in January. The additional tracks included “Green Light” featuring Key Glock. On the other hand, last May Glock dropped the mixtape Son of a Gun.
