Wiz Khalifa drops Statik Selektah-produced track, “Slim Peter”

His ‘Big Pimpin’ mixtape is on the way.

A few days after announcing his new Big Pimpin mixtape, Wiz Khalifa has now unveiled a new Statik Selektah-produced single titled “Slim Peter.”

Over a jazzy instrumental by the legendary producer, Wiz delivers carefree verses about working his way up to smoke-filled luxury. The rapper’s hazy verses and the song’s Family Guy-referencing title meet in the middle for the track’s cover art, which depicts skinny Peter Griffin smoking a joint.

“If you want some bomb-ass weed, leave it to me / If you want a fire-ass verse, leave it to me,” Wiz raps confidently on the track. “Grew up like Boyz N the Hood, shit wasn’t all good / And now my mom got a crib, the backyard is all woods.”

Wiz revealed on Twitter that his Big Pimpin mixtape will drop in two parts, with the first half arriving one week and the second dropping the next. The project will follow the Taylor Gang boss’ The Saga of Wiz Khalifa EP and It’s Only Weed Bro mixtape from earlier this year.
