XXXTentacion might be gone, but his music lives on. The late rapper’s label has unveiled the visual for “Moonlight,” a track lifted from his final album, ?.
Directed by JMP and produced by Joey Szela, the clip follows the rapper as he attends a party in a moonlit forest. He doesn’t interact with anyone, though. Instead, he wears a pair of headphones and silently weaves through the crowd, carefully observing his surroundings. But despite being alone, X’s somewhat happy, even smiling to himself.
As the song comes to an end, the clip slowly fades to black and the words “Energy never dies. He is amongst us. Long live Jah” appear across the screen.
