Watch Rod Wave celebrate life in “SoulFly” video

The Florida rapper enjoys a trip to the Big Apple.

Rod Wave has released a video for “SoulFly,” the title track of his latest album.

In the clip, the Florida rapper and his crew hop on a private jet to visit New York City where they indulge in Joe’s Pizza and fun activities like bowling and jet skiing. Before they head home, Wave and his crew have one last hurrah by popping champagne bottles on the airport runway.

Wave released SoulFly last Friday, which featured a sole collaboration with Polo G on “Richer.” In a statement, per HotNewHipHop, the rapper said he wasn’t planning on having any guest artists on the album but decided to add Polo after they were introduced at a jewelry store.

“When I seen him, I was like, ‘Oh shit, another rapper.’ I was kinda like, I don’t wanna say avoiding bro… and he kinda walked up to me like, ‘Bro, I fuck with you’ type shit. I’m like, damn that’s crazy. I didn’t know bro was like that,” Wave recalled.

The video for “SoulFly” follows previous clips for album cuts “Tombstone” and “Street Runner.” Watch it below:
